This session coincides excitingly with the first PRINT PALS hosted by the amazing @freymo at the Cornish Bank in Falmouth. So I thought it would be fun to organise a Print Club away day for us all to show our support and share our love of print with Freya and the wider illustration community. 

Matt Johnson will be hosting a sketchbook show & tell session from 1pm-3pm (downstairs) so this would be a great meeting point for our group. If you fancied sharing any recent scribbles and a bit of shop talk with other artists, join us there!

It wouldn't be PRINT CLUB without a project though, we will be bringing along an activity for us to do whilst we are there - this will be in the form of some notecards to draw or write on, which will be RISO printed and turned into a Collaborative Zine at the next PRINT CLUB on Sat 1st March. You will be able to complete these during the event or at home to bring them along with you to the next session

Roots Press will also be bringing along printed examples of the work that we do and promoting Riso workshops, Print Club and the Roots Press Membership. If anyone is interested in learning more - join us there!

PRINT PALS: 11am - 4pm

Print Pals is a relaxed and friendly illustration fair where you can discover artworks, gifts and other fun creations from over 25 illustrators. Expect prints, comics, zines, ceramics, t-shirts and lots more!
